CRTWH Online Auction 2019

Here is how it works:

  1. Bidding starts at 9 am Tuesday, October 1st,
  2. Bidding ends at 7 pm Wednesday, October 25th.
  3. Items can be donated at any time during the auction. 
  4. Anyone can donate or bid
  5. Bid using the comment button
  6. Minimum increment per bid  $2.00.
  7. The highest bid will be accepted.
  8. Shipping or delivery cost not included in bid.  Any delivery cost determined between donator and buyer.

To Donate:

  • Send information through Facebook messenger to Bobbie Buck or Chloe Buck
  • Donations do not need to be equine related
  • Donations may be new or gently used – tack, services, artwork, crafts, gift cards etc.
  • Submit pictures with detailed descriptions of each item.
  • Suggested starting bid.
  • Where the item can be picked up or shipped from.  Do NOT include delivery charges.


SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS

  • All items must be paid to CRTWH in full before shipping.
  • Pay by e-transfer to [email protected]

                            OR

by cash or money order to the CRTWH.

 

NOTE: Purchase price does not include shipping or delivery.

  • Shipping details and costs will be paid to the individual who donated the item.

Proceeds from the Auction will go towards programs, challenges, and events offered by CRTWH
